After 24 years of being a pulmonary physician in academic medicine, Ted "retires" (or rather "reboots", "reinvents") to explore other possibilities. Ted is posting this blog for his colleagues and friends so that they can get the answer to that persistent question: "So man, what are you going to do?" For Ted, this forces him to chart the path to answering that question for himself.
